His career began in the automotive sector, where he led marketing initiatives for Ford and General Motors, shaping social media strategies and customer experience (CX) programs for major automotive brands. As the Director of Social Media and Customer Acquisition at Ford, Ali played a pivotal role in transitioning the automotive industry into the digital age, pioneering innovative strategies that transformed the way brands connect with consumers. Later, as Vice President of OEM Partnerships, he worked closely with top-tier manufacturers to drive digital growth and engagement.

In 2014, Ali launched SkipAgent, a real estate-focused startup, which sparked his passion for the industry. He quickly recognized the parallels between automotive and real estate—both involve long lead cycles, high-consideration purchases, and deeply emotional decision-making processes. Leveraging his expertise, Ali now focuses on positioning Empire Realty Group at the forefront of innovation, integrating data-driven marketing strategies, social media engagement, and cutting-edge consumer experience models to enhance the home buying and selling journey.
